The experience of the engineers and the executive staff of ABC, after many decades of their decisive participation in projects performed by one of the largest technical construction companies in northern Greece, has contributed to the recognition of the quality of the company, which has already undertaken great projects in the field of building constructions and the operation and maintenance of building and electromechanical installations, with important customers, such as “HELEXPO TIF”, “ONASIO FOUNDATION”, “RADIO TELEVISION SA”. (TV channel “OPEN BEYOND”), the hotel organization “DOMOTEL” and the “OLYMPIC BREWERY”.

In particular, regarding the specialized experience of the company in the construction of metal works, the equipment and the staff of ABC are located in a leased industrial building of 4,500 sq.m., within a plot of 40,000 sq.m., which is located in Lagadas, Thessaloniki.

ABC has experienced and high-level staff, which complies with the company’s health & safety and environmental policies, qualified engineers of all specialties, secretarial staff and technical staff.

Strict adherence to compliance obligations, including contractual obligations and applicable law (especially with regard to projects, the environment and health and safety at work), the provision of high quality services, and the pursuit of continuous improvement in all aspects of its operation (including the performance in the environmental management and the management of H&S) are the main axes of the philosophy of ADVANCED BUILDING CONTRACTORS. In order to ensure the above, a documented Management System is applied, in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and the current legislation, for the diligent monitoring of which the Management is committed, and objectives are set and reviewed on an annual basis, in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the performance in relation to the environment, health and safety at work and the quality of the Company’s services as well as the Management System itself.

Project Management

At ABC, the first challenge we face in managing a technical project is to ensure that it is executed and delivered taking into account defined constraints (available time, limited budget, specific EHS procedures etc.). The second challenge, which is even more ambitious, is the optimization that needs to be done to all factors which affect execution of the project.

Facility Management & Maintenance

In the scope of facility management and maintenance, ABC covers both preventive and current maintenance as well as repair interventions. For this, a series of procedures are followed to ensure the proper functioning of the building systems and electromechanical installations as originally designed and constructed.
