At ABC, the first challenge we face in managing a technical project is to ensure that it is executed and delivered taking into account defined constraints (available time, limited budget, specific EHS procedures etc.). The second challenge, which is even more ambitious, is the optimization that needs to be done to all factors which affect execution of the project.
In the scope of facility management and maintenance, ABC covers both preventive and current maintenance as well as repair interventions. For this, a series of procedures are followed to ensure the proper functioning of the building systems and electromechanical installations as originally designed and constructed.

In particular, regarding the specialized experience of the company in the construction-erection of steel structures, premises and staff of ABC are located in an industrial building of 4,500 sq.m., within a plot of 40,000 sq.m. in Lagadas, Thessaloniki.
