Georgioupolis Suites & Waterpark 5-star hotel in Chania Crete

The building complex under construction is an extension as a new wing of luxury rooms and suites of the existing Georgioupolis Resort Hotel in Kavros Georgioupolis, Chania Prefecture in Crete. Upon completion, this new wing, developed in five room buildings and a building volume with luxury suites and common areas (reception and lobby, offices, bars, restaurants, open kitchen and swimming pools), will have a capacity that will exceed 310 beds. In an area of ​​about 21.000sq.m., six building volumes are built on sloping ground, whose main feature in their architecture is the incorporation of local materials, such as stone and wood, while morphologically simple rectangular low volumes, pergolas, water features and glass parapets on the balconies prevail. The suites overlook their private pools, while the pool bars and restaurants serve two communal swimming pools.

In the upper part – south side of the plot is installed a spectacular water park with water slides, toys, jets and state-of-the-art equipment, offering safe entertainment in the water and fun for young children.

The Georgioupolis Suites & Waterpark Hotel opens its gates and is ready to host its first guests from all over the world at the beginning of summer!
