ABC undertook, on behalf of Inmo Parck Invest, 2 new projects concerning the construction of 4 luxurious villas in Karterados and the renovation of a building to create 6 holiday studios in Perissa, on the beautiful island of Santorini. Following the recent issuance of the relevant building permits, works are expected to begin in the spring of 2023.

In order to improve the energy efficiency, through thermal insulation of the building envelope, of the Domotel Olympia hotel in Thessaloniki, ABC undertook the implementation of an integrated thermal insulation system on the external surfaces of the building’s facades.

According to the contract signed with Astor Hellas S.A., ABC undertook the Project management of the new Storage and Distribution building in the rural area of Sindos, Thessaloniki, owned by “ASTOR HELLAS – SOCIETE ANONYME OF PRODUCTION AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE OF FOOD, PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS, BUILDING MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION AND INVESTMENTS”. A state-of-the-art logistics building with warehouse and offices, with a total area of 11,627.47 sq.m., is to be built on a plot of land of approximately 11 acres.

On September 19, 2022, the contract for the project “Restoration – Reuse of a listed traditional building at Aristotelous Street in Lamia” was signed between the Municipality of Lamia and ABC.

The new use of the preserved buildings is planned to be a “cultural center”: a historical information point for the city of Lamia and a space for the development of cultural activities.
The buildings where restoration works will be carried out are located on a plot of land with an area of ​​515.80 sq.m. and are as follows:
1) Three-storey preserved stone building of 1880 of total coverage area
119.43 sq.m. with tiled roof. Use: space for cultural activities
2) Two-storey preserved stone building adjacent to the previous one, built on
at that time, with a roof, with a total coverage area of ​​40.06 sq.m. The ground floor of this building and its floor are respectively an extension of the 1st and 2nd floors of the previous building. Use: space for cultural activities
3) Pre-1955 stone building, with a total coverage area of ​​48.17 sq.m., with a roof and corrugated sheet metal covering. Use: auxiliary cultural space activities (warehouse)
4) Single-storey brick building, with a total coverage area of ​​59.17 sq.m., with
polyurethane panel coating. Use: space for cultural activities (canteen)
Outside the buildings there is a courtyard area paved with Karystos slabs. The plot overlooks the Aristotelous sidewalk with its main portico and the Pelasgon pedestrian walkway with its secondary entrance.

With 2 new contracts signed with Th.P.A. S.A. on 28/4/2022, ABC started  the works concerning the construction and installation of control outposts and electromechanical networks, with configuration of the external spaces and fences in the service area of passengers, goods and vehicles at the RO-PAX connection, as well as the renovation works of Warehouse 8 in the port of Thessaloniki.

On January 7, 2022 ABC signed with MAKET GLOBAL DEAL COMPANY S.A. the contract of the project “Change of use of a car parking building in a cultural exhibition space and a store of sanitary interest, with internal arrangements and addition in height”. The project concerns the transformation of a multi-storey car park into a multi-purpose cultural space, “Museum Miniature Greece”, at 2 Favierou & Marni Street, Vathi Square, in the heart of Athens.

The contract between ABC and RADIO TELEVISION SA for the regular-preventive maintenance, repair of defects, repairs and renovations of the building and electromechanical installations of the television station OPEN BEYOND TV was extended for 1 additional year.

On 20/12/2021, the Contract for the execution of the project “EXTENSION OF MEDIUM VOLTAGE SUBSTATION 6A IN THE PORT OF THESSALONIKI” was signed between ABC and “Thessaloniki Port Authority – Th.P.A. S.A.”. The project concerns the expansion of Substation 6A and installation of Substation 7 of the Container Terminal (C.T.) and in particular:

• Excavation of cable canals with a total length of 1.33 km
• Installation of medium voltage cables with a total length of 11.24 km along the entire length of the route
• Installation of 1.33 km bare copper earth conductor
• Construction of a new electrical panel and connection of the medium voltage cables to the panels of the Substation 7
• Construction of a well on the quay, as infrastructure for the supply of the two new cranes No3 and No 4
• Lightning protection of the Substation building and
• Required construction works for the routing of medium voltage cables and the creation of the necessary wells.

On 29.12.2021, the Contract for the “Preventive and current maintenance of Thessaloniki Exhibition and Conference Center” was signed between ABC and T.I.F. – HELEXPO S.A. ABC undertook the project for the following 3 years, i.e. until 31.12.2024
